Dear customer,

we are very keen that the delivery of your ordered goods takes place as soon as possible , safe, reliable and cost-effective. We accept even the storage and packaging of the products (no external company). We work quickly and ship the goods as an insured package via DHL.

Shipping Material

We pack the goods very carefully while using boxes that they can dispose also out of waste paper. We go with the resources to possible care , so we use possibly already used cartons.

Note, we participate in the recycling system of Landbell AG In terms of we first filled with goods and delivered to private consumer sales packaging , our company has VerpackV joined the nationwide active recycling system of Landbell AG, Mainz to ensure compliance with our legal obligations under § 6.

Delivery periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, in the case of inside Europe deliveries within 5 - 7 days after order confirmation, worldwide(*) 3-5 weeks after order confirmation. (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
